(“Yosemite”) provides a brokerage technology platform on the Website www.yosemite-ep.com (the “Platform” or “Website”) for potential investors for independent search and investment in offers that are available on the Website. This Privacy Policy explains that Yosemite, Inc., Yosemite Execution Partners, Inc. (collectively referred to as “Yosemite”, “We”, or “Us”) collect, use, share and protect your information. Non-Identifying Personal Information
Our Privacy Policy will apply even if you are no longer a Yosemite client. Yosemite collects non-identifying personal information from you regarding your use of our Website (“Non-Identifying Personal Information”).
